Before fitting, dry hand and ears. In your hands, roll the ear plug sinto a stretched oval shape. Hold the top of the ear and pull gently upwards and outwards to open the ear canal. Press down and hold your finger or thumb over the ear plug for 10-15 seconds, until it flattens and moulds to form a snug seal.

How do I know that the size of earplugs is right for me?

Does the earplug will block out whole noise?
