Each set of HASPRO custom earplugs is equipped with practical aluminium storage case. Each single earplug has also laser mark with identification number to allow tracking just in case if lost. The kit also includes a wet wipe and cleaning stick.

The average attenuation of HASPRO MINI SLEEP is is approx. 26dB. However, due to their perfectly made to measure, it is more effective than universal ear plugs with a higher SNR.

CARE AND PROTECTION:

HASPRO earplugs are very easy to clean. After each use, simply wipe them with a moistened tissue (one-time moisturized tissue recommended) and remove any excess wax. Then leave to dry and store in the attached case. Appropriate care will extend the life of the product.

COLOURS: It is possible to make HASPRO plugs in various colors:

HASPRO RELAX come with a 2-year warranty, covering their longevity and durability. All complaints regarding fitting of the product must be filed no later than 3 months after receival. Please note that the shape of ear canal changes every few years therefore is being recommended to check from the time to time the fit of the earplugs and if necessary, making new ones to make sure they fit perfectly.

In accordance with art. 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights custom products made for a special order of the consumer is not refundable.

EAR IMPRESSIONS:

To produce individual earplugs, it is necessary to make impressions of the ear canals in the audiologist cabinet.

How can I order HASPRO custom made earplugs?

Place an order directly through our website. Chose the product, parameter’s (color, filter, and other features). Our customer service department will contact you to confirm the order and arrange your visit to a nearby audiologist office to take an ear impression.

In the case of business customers, HASPRO specialist arrives at the client’s premises on the agreed date to take ear impressions.

What is the lifetime of HASPRO custom earplugs?

The lifetime of HASPRO custom made earplugs is up to 5 years (depending on use and care). Some models may have shorter period of lifetime. After 5 years due to changing shape of the ear canal it is recommend taking new ear impression and manufacture new custom-made earplugs.

Will custom-made HASPRO earplugs be comfortable for me?

Yes, because they are made to measure. This means that they are perfectly fitted to the ear. In addition, they are made of materials that after few minutes adapts to the human body temperature, which provides greater comfort of use. In the case of sleeping earplugs, we guarantee sleep comfort in any position. They do not hurt, do not oppress, and provide peace and quiet throughout the night.

How long can I use custom-made earplugs?

HASPRO custom made earplugs are made to the size of the individual ear canal, thanks to that they provide the highest level of comfort during use. Therefore, we can wear them for many hours (for example while sleeping) without any discomfort, pain, etc.

How long do I have to wait for the HASPRO custom earplugs to be made?

The waiting time for the finished product is about 10 business days from the date of ear impression have been taken.

Do I need to pay for the ear impressions at the audiologist office?

No. The costs of making ear impressions are already included in the price.

What happens if I will lose my earplugs?

Each product is engraved with a unique serial number that can be used to make new ones within 6 months, without the need for another visit to audiologist office to make new ear impressions (after 6 months, a new ear impression must be taken).

Does HASPRO custom earplugs have a warranty?

Yes. Depending on the model, all HASPRO custom-made earplugs have a warranty of up to 5 years, which covers the life and durability of the earplugs. Any comments regarding product fit should be submitted no later than 3 months after receiving it.

Does HASPRO custom-made earplugs enable communication between employees?

Yes. HASPRO custom made earplugs dedicated for the industrial use have a suitable attenuation filter that allows easy communication between employees, audibility of alerts and other important sounds and at the same time reduces noise to the safe level.
