Place an order directly through our website. Chose the product, parameter’s (color, filter, and other features). Our customer service department will contact you to confirm the order and arrange your visit to a nearby audiologist office to take an ear impression.

In the case of business customers, HASPRO specialist arrives at the client’s premises on the agreed date to take ear impressions.

What is the lifetime of HASPRO custom earplugs?

The lifetime of HASPRO custom made earplugs is up to 5 years (depending on use and care). Some models may have shorter period of lifetime. After 5 years due to changing shape of the ear canal it is recommend taking new ear impression and manufacture new custom-made earplugs.

Will custom-made HASPRO earplugs be comfortable for me?

Yes, because they are made to measure. This means that they are perfectly fitted to the ear. The waiting time for the finished product is about 10 business days from the date of ear impression have been taken.

Do I need to pay for the ear impressions at the audiologist office?

No. The costs of making ear impressions are already included in the price.

What happens if I will lose my earplugs?

Each product is engraved with a unique serial number that can be used to make new ones within 6 months, without the need for another visit to audiologist office to make new ear impressions (after 6 months, a new ear impression must be taken).

Does HASPRO custom earplugs have a warranty?

Yes. Depending on the model, all HASPRO custom-made earplugs have a warranty of up to 5 years, which covers the life and durability of the earplugs. Any comments regarding product fit should be submitted no later than 3 months after receiving it.
